Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee our finance department and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Analyze financial data to inform decision-making.
• Enhance financial reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between finance and other departments.
• Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards.
• Lead treasury functions and manage investment portfolios.
• Negotiate financial agreements and contracts with stakeholders.
• Continuously improve financial systems and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Graduate or professional qualifications (ACA/ACCA) preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in a similar sector
