Rubber Molder

Job Description

As a Rubber Molder, you will be instrumental in manufacturing top-notch rubber products by effectively operating molding machines. You will ensure the quality of production whilst adhering to safety and operational protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup and calibration of molding equipment.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Report directly to the production manager regarding progress and issues.
• Handle inventory of raw materials and report shortages when necessary.
• Ensure waste reduction through efficient production methods.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in rubber molding or general manufacturing.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of different rubber materials
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of safety regulations: Understanding of health and safety best practices in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ISO standards: Awareness of ISO quality standards for manufacturing processes.
