Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Record Maker to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for music, combined with the technical expertise needed to create, record, and produce high-quality audio recordings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Loan Officer team with administrative tasks related to loan processing.
• Handle document management and ensure timely submission of loan applications.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and external partners.
• Track and report on loan processing milestones to ensure targets are met.
• Assist in conducting loan closings and finalizing mortgage documentation.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry or related field

Technical Skills

• Loan Origination Software (LOS)
• Microsoft Excel

• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• Active NMLS license
