Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Design Specialist to develop and implement engaging training programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to create effective learning materials that drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging course content based on adult learning principles.
• Test and evaluate training materials for effectiveness.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop targeted training resources.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to improve training delivery.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programmes as necessary.
• Provide reports and analyses of training outcomes.
• Conduct training workshops for internal staff and facilitators.
• Create visual and interactive learning materials.
• Utilize various LMS features to enhance learning experiences.
• Facilitate continuous learning opportunities for employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a relevant field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or educational content development

Certifications

• Instructional Design Essentials Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
