Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sports Therapist to join our vibrant team in Wrexham. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sports rehabilitation and injury prevention, working closely with athletes to enhance their performance and recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Assess sports injuries and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Utilise advanced techniques to aid recovery and promote healing.
  • Provide guidance on exercise routines and nutritional advice.
  • Empower athletes with knowledge to enhance their performance.
  • Maintain a therapeutic relationship with clients to foster trust and communication.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic athlete care.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Physiotherapy or Sports Rehabilitation
  • Specialist qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with athletes
