Job Description
We are looking for committed Umpires and Referees to officiate at local sporting events. The ideal candidates will ensure compliance with game rules, promote fair play, and maintain a positive atmosphere for all participants.
Responsibilities
Perform on-field officiating duties for various sports events.
Evaluate player performance and rule compliance during games.
Facilitate communication between teams and administrative staff.
Provide feedback to players on areas for improvement.
Actively participate in organizational meetings to discuss team performance.
Act as a role model for sportsmanship and fair play during events.
Requirements
Education
Associate's degree in Sports Management or related field preferred
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in officiating sports events.
