Job Description

We are looking for committed Umpires and Referees to officiate at local sporting events. The ideal candidates will ensure compliance with game rules, promote fair play, and maintain a positive atmosphere for all participants.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-field officiating duties for various sports events.
• Evaluate player performance and rule compliance during games.
• Facilitate communication between teams and administrative staff.
• Provide feedback to players on areas for improvement.
• Actively participate in organizational meetings to discuss team performance.
• Act as a role model for sportsmanship and fair play during events.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Sports Management or related field preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in officiating sports events.

Certifications

• Advanced Sports Officiating Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• First Aid Trainer Certification: Certification to provide first aid training to other officials.
