Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our Sheffield team. This role demands expertise in process improvement, Lean manufacturing, and strong analytical skills. You will work closely with production teams to develop efficient manufacturing processes and improve product quality, ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in process optimization to increase throughput.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions to improve processes.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure process compliance.
• Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing strategies.
• Participate in the design and modification of manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct training for team members on updated processes.
• Maintain accurate records of process changes and improvements.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated in the field.
• Support the introduction of new products through effective process design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
