Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Academic Operations Planner, where you will facilitate academic initiatives and enhance student engagement through operational excellence. You will collaborate with faculty and administration to design processes that support educational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technology teams to enhance digital learning platforms.
  • Provide support to faculty in the adoption of new teaching methodologies.
  • Prepare and present reports on academic performance metrics.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of academic staff.
  • Foster partnerships with external educational bodies to enhance curriculum.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or Management
  • Master's degree in Education Leadership is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in academic or administrative roles
