Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Ramp Flight Attendant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during pre and post-flight operations on the ramp. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Support passengers during aircraft boarding and disembarking.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Prepare cabin for flights, including checking emergency equipment.
  • Assist in managing passenger queries and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service.
  • Monitor cabin environment to ensure passenger comfort.
  • Document and report any incidents or irregularities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
  • Promote a positive image of the company through excellent service.
  • Engage with special needs passengers to provide assistance.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant training in aviation/customer service
Experience
  • Experience working in a high-pressure environment is preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Customer service orientation

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
