We are looking for an IT Support Technician who will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques. Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch technical support for both internal and external clients.
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software malfunctions.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in various systems.
  • Document solutions and create guides to enhance user support.
  • Develop and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends to provide informed support.
  • Assist in the rollout of new IT projects and upgrades.
  • Provide training sessions for staff on using IT resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery.
  • Perform regular system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
