This role involves overseeing product selection, pricing strategies, and inventory management to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail trends and demonstrated success in merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Create effective merchandising strategies based on customer insights.
• Drive the implementation of visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor product movement and respond to sales patterns.
• Foster relationships with key partners and suppliers.
• Lead the merchandising team in executing seasonal planning.
• Maintain a keen eye on trends and integrate them into the product assortment.
• Compile and present performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in merchandising roles
