Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Brighton. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing innovative visual content that aligns with our clients' objectives and brand identity. You will work closely with various stakeholders, from concept creation to final execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor junior designers on the team.
• Draft and develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Direct production of printed materials, liaising with external vendors.
• Conduct user research and apply findings to enhance design effectiveness.
• Create motion graphics and animations as needed.
• Assist in content creation for digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role
