Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Information Security Officer to join our Sunderland team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security protocols to safeguard our data and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response efforts to ensure rapid resolution.
• Develop strategies for threat detection and prevention.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to assess security requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation of security policies and incidents.
• Monitor emerging technologies for potential impact on security.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or closely related field
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles

Certifications

• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)

Languages
