We are seeking a skilled Blister Pack Operator to join our pharmaceutical packaging team in Manchester. Your role will involve operating blister packaging machines, ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of medications according to industry standards. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup, operation, and cleaning of blister packing machines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Document production activities and maintain logs.
• Work closely with the QA team to address any quality issues.
• Assist in the development of packaging SOPs.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support cross-training in different packaging roles.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required. Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Experience

• Experience with specific blister packaging machines/models is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of GMP

Languages
