Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager in Reading who will lead various projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management, team leadership, and delivering successful outcomes within set timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives.
  • Ensure all project phases are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate resources and schedules for cross-functional teams.
  • Manage communications across all project stakeholders.
  • Develop risk management plans and contingency strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners.
  • Advise on the selection of project methodologies.
  • Support project onboarding and training processes.
  • Maintain a focus on continuous improvement throughout project life cycles.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration preferred
  • PMP or equivalent certification required
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects
