Job Description

As an Interior Design Instructor, you'll be pivotal in shaping the next generation of interior designers. This role involves teaching diverse groups, developing engaging course materials, and providing valuable feedback to enhance student learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design course outlines and assessments for various design subjects.
  • Mentor students in project work, fostering creativity and original thought.
  • Stay updated on the latest design tools and techniques to incorporate into lessons.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, participating in events to promote the design program.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars with guest lecturers from the industry.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design
  • Relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE) preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in interior design education
