Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Productivity Engineer to enhance our operations and streamline workflows. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient processes, leading to increased productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Scrutinise production metrics to develop actionable insights.
  • Engage with team members to gather feedback and implement process enhancements.
  • Utilise project management tools to oversee improvement initiatives.
  • Implement strategies focused on lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing environments.
Technical Skills
