Computer Systems Analyst

Job Description

As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be at the forefront of analyzing and improving our clients' business processes. Your role will encompass designing effective IT solutions, implementing new systems, and maintaining and enhancing existing frameworks to ensure optimal performance and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing IT systems and propose necessary enhancements.
• Analyze system requirements and design effective solutions.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure needs are met with proposed systems.
• Document all system processes to ensure compliance and understanding.
• Assist in managing project schedules and deliverables.
• Review industry best practices and integrate into operational processes.
• Lead system maintenance and upgrades to improve functionality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Engage in strategic planning for future system implementations.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management and analysis

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• ITIL Foundation Certification

• English: Fluent
