We are searching for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dedicated team in Reading. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our software products through rigorous testing and validation processes. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that all deliverables meet our customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to clarify requirements.
• Analyze and document test results, providing actionable insights.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with new testing tools and methodologies.
• Assist in maintaining a quality assurance documentation library.
• Support performance testing activities and analyze performance metrics.
• Ensure QA best practices are consistently applied across projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA processes and methodologies

Technical Skills

• Testing Frameworks
• SQL
• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
