As a Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the UK with adherence to safety guidelines. The ideal candidate should possess excellent driving skills, a strong understanding of traffic regulations, and a proven work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy-duty vehicles for the transportation of goods.
• Plan logistics and schedules for timely deliveries.
• Load and unload trailers with care, utilizing proper techniques.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all deliveries and vehicle performance.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance on vehicles.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations during transit.
• Work closely with dispatch to ensure operational efficiency.
• Address and resolve customer concerns regarding deliveries.
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of driving experience in a logistics environment preferred
