Responsibilities
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Oversee project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
Conduct regular site meetings to ensure teamwork and communication.
Review construction schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures.
Conduct performance evaluations for staff and subcontractors.
Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Master's degree is a plus
