Job Description
As an Environmental Compliance Technician, your primary role will be to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. You'll conduct audits, develop management systems, and work closely with teams to promote best practices in sustainability.
Responsibilities
Perform environmental risk assessments and suggest mitigation strategies.
Assist in the preparation for external audits and regulatory inspections.
Engage with community stakeholders to promote environmental initiatives.
Compile data for environmental impact reports and submit to management.
Investigate and analyse environmental incidents to prevent recurrence.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops for staff on compliance.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Environmental Science or related field is preferred
Experience
Experience in conducting environmental audits and inspections is advantageous
