Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Call Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our call centre in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that customer enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the call centre, focusing on team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a positive team environment and foster collaboration among staff.
  • Evaluate and refine processes for handling customer enquiries effectively.
  • Encourage and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals and share best practices.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
  • Mentor and guide team leaders and staff in achieving performance targets.
  • Support the recruitment process for new team members.
  • Facilitate communication between the call centre and management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a management role
