As a Needle Leader, you will supervise the needle-making process in our production facility, ensuring quality control and mentoring staff. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of our healthcare offerings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the needle technicians and coordinate their work schedules.
• Ensure that all needles and related equipment are properly sterilized and maintained.
• Assist in implementing new treatments and production procedures.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of production and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure standards are met.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Facilitate training sessions to upskill the team.
• Address any patient concerns related to needle-based treatments.
• Perform regular audits of the production process.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in manufacturing or production management

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
