We are searching for a skilled Top Hat Body Maker to join our esteemed team at ABC Hat Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the hat-making process, from shaping and moulding to trimming and finishing.

Responsibilities

• Shape, mould, and construct top hat bodies using various materials.
• Work closely with design teams to interpret and realise their visions.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to identify defects.
• Keep an organised workspace to ensure a streamlined workflow.
• Adhere to scheduled deadlines while maintaining high craftsmanship.
• Contribute positively to team dynamics and support fellow artisans.
• Engage in professional development to improve hat-making skills.
• Support production management in achieving targets and enhancing processes.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a relevant millinery course or apprenticeship

Experience

• Previous experience in hat making or millinery is essential.
