Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to ensure successful project management from conception through to delivery.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to ensure efficiency and adherence to budgets.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Evaluate technical proposals and provide recommendations.
  • Mitigate risks by anticipating obstacles and proposing solutions.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
  • Participate in the development of engineering best practices.
  • Review and approve project documentation and reports.
  • Foster a culture of safety within engineering practices.
  • Advocate for sustainable engineering practices and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Professional certifications or licenses are advantageous.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in a similar industry.
