Job Description

We are seeking a Bag Filler to join our team. The Bag Filler will be responsible for efficiently filling bags with various products, maintaining quality control, and ensuring a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently fill and seal bags with various products, ensuring accuracy in weights.
• Perform quality assurance checks to comply with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area to uphold hygiene regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in stock rotation and inventory checks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Experience operating bag filling equipment or similar machinery is beneficial

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to operate basic machinery

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration
• Problem-solving skills

Certifications

• Forklift license or other relevant certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift license or similar certifications: Certification that demonstrates ability to operate lifting machinery.
• Previous experience in food packaging: Experience in a similar industry that can enhance workflow efficiency.
