Job Description

We are seeking an Online Sales Manager to lead our e-commerce initiatives in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of online sales strategies and be adept at enhancing customer engagement through digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of online sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Utilise data analytics to monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Enhance the e-commerce site’s conversion rate through A/B testing and data insights.
  • Drive customer engagement through innovative digital marketing strategies.
  • Participate in budget planning and resource allocation to maximise ROI.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Support the sales team in customer queries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Implement effective training programs for staff to improve online sales skills.
  • Use social media and other digital channels to promote products.
  • Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • MBA is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in e-commerce sales or online retail management
