Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to oversee administrative functions within our healthcare facility in Southampton. The role involves managing patient records, coordinating healthcare services, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Ideal candidates will possess strong organisational skills and a passion for improving patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all patient record-keeping and database management.
  • Manage appointment scheduling systems and improve workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations in all operations.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance patient care delivery.
  • Respond to patient queries and maintain communication lines.
  • Assist in the formulation of new administrative strategies.
  • Maintain billing accuracy and follow up on insurance claims.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management or administration
