Job Description

The Performance Management Analyst will be pivotal in monitoring, analysing, and optimizing business performance through key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborating closely with senior management, you will develop actionable strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Your role will also involve creating insightful reports and dashboards that inform decision-making and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop frameworks for measuring performance across different business units.
  • Create and implement actionable insights based on data analysis.
  • Assist departments in understanding data trends for their operations.
  • Work on cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing overall performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports aimed at internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct trainings for staff on performance monitoring tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance management, data analysis, or business analysis
