As a Shopper at Retail Excellence Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction by assisting them in selecting and purchasing products. Your exceptional customer service skills will contribute to the overall shopping experience, ensuring that our patrons leave with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and payment processing.
• Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and assist customers in choosing suitable products.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints actively and professionally.
• Coordinate with other staff to enhance the shopping experience.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance service quality.
• Help maintain an engaging shopping atmosphere with promotions and displays.
• Contribute to team efforts by meeting sales goals and supporting overall store operations.

Requirements

Education

• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications

Experience

• Experience in a similar shopper or retail role is highly advantageous

Technical Skills

• Cash register operation
• Customer service software

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• First Aid Certification: Possessing a valid First Aid Certification is a plus.
• Experience with sales promotions: Active involvement in executing store promotions and marketing strategies.
