Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Stitching Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will operate stitching machines to sew materials according to specifications, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of stitching machines to create textile products.
• Conduct inspections on the finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Adhere to production schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to enhance product quality.
• Document and report any discrepancies or issues encountered during the stitching process.
• Train new employees on machine operation and safety procedures as needed.
• Participate in team meetings to suggest improvements in production practices.
• Align with supervisors to address any operational challenges.
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
