Job Description

As a Cabin Crew Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in leading our cabin crew team, ensuring that every flight operates smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire staff to deliver exceptional service, ensuring passenger comfort and safety during their journey. You will handle passenger queries and manage in-flight operations to maintain the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the cabin crew team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Evaluate crew performance and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate with catering and ground services teams.
  • Handle in-flight emergencies with composure and efficiency.
  • Implement best practices for in-flight service.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for the crew.
  • Encourage crew participation in safety drills and training.
  • Generate reports on service quality and operational performance.
  • Promote a culture of safety and customer service excellence.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Aviation Management is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in aviation or hospitality
