Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of claims to ensure legitimacy and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their claims status.
• Utilise claims processing systems and software to manage claims efficiently.
• Evaluate and negotiate claim settlements based on policies and regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements for the claims department.

Requirements

Education

• Professional insurance qualification is preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in claims analysis, particularly with complex or high-value claims.
