Film Producer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Film Producer to oversee the production of our upcoming projects. In this role, you will manage the development, pre-production, production, and post-production phases of various films whilst ensuring high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage production schedules and budgets.
• Lead meetings with production staff and key stakeholders to outline project goals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on set.
• Direct pre-production planning including location scouting and casting.
• Supervise filming and ensure that the creative vision is maintained.
• Provide guidance to the editing team on pacing and tone.
• Assist in the crafting of marketing materials for released films.
• Act as the point of contact for problem-solving during the production process.
• Foster a positive and creative team environment.
• Identify opportunities for collaborations with other production companies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Film Studies or a related field
• Relevant certifications are preferred.

Experience

• 5 years proven experience in producing films or similar projects.
