Responsibilities
Lead user interviews and usability testing sessions.
Synthesize research findings into clear and actionable reports.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define user experience goals.
Create and manage documentation related to user research.
Define and track metrics for measuring user experience success.
Advise on best design practices based on user research data.
Collaborate in the development of wireframes and prototypes.
Support the creation of a user experience strategy aligned with business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with users to inform ongoing design improvements.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Psychology or related field
Experience
3+ years in a UX research role with a proven track record
