Job Description

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing innovative mechanical systems. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct mechanical design calculations and simulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure integration of mechanical solutions.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
  • Perform root cause analysis for engineering problems.
  • Implement design changes to improve manufacturability.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in training and developing technical staff.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes and audits.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Engineering Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of engineering experience in a similar role
