Job Description

As a Pharmacy Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing pharmacy processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Your expertise will help us to develop systems that ensure safe and effective medication delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing pharmacy processes and recommend enhancements
  • Work closely with IT to implement new technology solutions
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation
  • Facilitate communication between pharmacy and administrative departments
  • Conduct regular audits of pharmacy operations
  • Act as a liaison between pharmacy management and healthcare professionals

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • Master's degree in Health Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in pharmacy management or operations
