Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Designer (UX Designer) to join our dynamic team. You will create intuitive and engaging digital experiences, focusing on user-centered design principles to drive innovation across our products.
Responsibilities
Lead user research efforts, including interviews and surveys to gather actionable insights.
Produce high-quality wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
Work with product managers and developers to define the product roadmaps.
Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of UX/UI changes through analytics and user feedback.
Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in UX/UI design.
Mentor junior designers on best practices and UX methodologies.
Present design concepts and strategy to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align user experience with brand values.
Integrate accessibility guidelines into the design process.
Requirements
Education
Degree in a relevant field such as User Experience Design
Master's degree preferred
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in UX Design, preferably in a tech-focused environment
