Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Designer (UX Designer) to join our dynamic team. You will create intuitive and engaging digital experiences, focusing on user-centered design principles to drive innovation across our products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead user research efforts, including interviews and surveys to gather actionable insights.
  • Produce high-quality wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Work with product managers and developers to define the product roadmaps.
  • Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of UX/UI changes through analytics and user feedback.
  • Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in UX/UI design.
  • Mentor junior designers on best practices and UX methodologies.
  • Present design concepts and strategy to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align user experience with brand values.
  • Integrate accessibility guidelines into the design process.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in a relevant field such as User Experience Design
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX Design, preferably in a tech-focused environment
