Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive audits of production systems and processes.
Design and implement process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Utilise data analytics to support decision-making in process enhancements.
Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality of materials and components.
Ensure all manufacturing processes are documented and compliant with regulations.
Act as a mentor to junior staff in lean manufacturing techniques.
Drive cultural change towards efficiency and continuous improvement within the manufacturing team.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field
Advanced degree in Manufacturing or Operations Management is a plus
Experience
5+ years in a manufacturing consultancy role
