Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Consultant to analyse and optimise our manufacturing processes. The right candidate will have a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for driving efficiency through innovation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits of production systems and processes.
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Utilise data analytics to support decision-making in process enhancements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality of materials and components.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes are documented and compliant with regulations.
• Act as a mentor to junior staff in lean manufacturing techniques.
• Drive cultural change towards efficiency and continuous improvement within the manufacturing team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field
• Advanced degree in Manufacturing or Operations Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in a manufacturing consultancy role

• Process Mapping

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages
