Job Description

As a Metal-Refining Furnace Operator, you'll play a vital role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include operating the furnace, monitoring the metal refining process, and adhering to all safety standards. Previous experience is preferred, but we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Manage furnace charge and supervise the melting process.
• Perform calibration and adjustments of equipment as needed.
• Assist in managing raw material supply for the refining process.
• Help implement improvements in production efficiency and safety.
• Ensure waste is minimized and disposed of correctly.

Requirements

Education

• Formal education in engineering or metallurgy is advantageous.

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar operational role is highly valued.
