Job Description

We are in search of an Audio Systems Engineer to join our vibrant team in Kilmarnock. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining audio systems that enhance the performance quality of our projects. You'll collaborate closely with artists, sound designers, and production teams, ensuring that every sound resonates perfectly.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee audio setups for events, ensuring high fidelity sound quality.
  • Conduct regular checks and maintenance of audio equipment.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure audio meets artistic vision.
  • Assist in budgeting for audio equipment purchases and upgrades.
  • Provide technical support during rehearsals and live events.
  • Adapt audio systems for different performance environments.
  • Engage with clients to understand their audio needs and preferences.
  • Stay updated with developments in the audio engineering field.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree in Music Technology preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in live sound engineering and studio production
