Responsibilities
Perform data mining and statistical analysis to inform decisions.
Create interactive dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
Collaborate with IT and other teams to enhance data collection processes.
Facilitate meetings to gather data requirements and provide updates.
Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the success of initiatives.
Document and communicate analytical findings to relevant stakeholders.
Continuously seek out opportunities to leverage data for business improvement.
Train and mentor junior analysts on best practices in data analysis.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Master's degree preferred
Experience
3-5 years of experience in analytical roles
