Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Data Analyst to join our Manchester team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, an understanding of data interpretation, and a knack for converting complex data sets into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Perform data mining and statistical analysis to inform decisions.
• Create interactive dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to enhance data collection processes.
• Facilitate meetings to gather data requirements and provide updates.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the success of initiatives.
• Document and communicate analytical findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Continuously seek out opportunities to leverage data for business improvement.
• Train and mentor junior analysts on best practices in data analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in analytical roles

• R Programming

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate
• SAS Certified Data Scientist

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with data warehousing solutions: Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms: Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
