Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, a passion for technology, and an ability to provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for resolving IT issues, maintaining systems, and supporting end-users.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-users with IT inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Implement and manage cloud-based solutions.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation for all IT processes.
  • Assist with disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with end-users to enhance IT services.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions.
  • Participate in IT projects and team meetings.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support is preferred
