Job Description

As a Childcare Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for children. You will assist in developing and implementing engaging activities, ensuring children's well-being and supporting their growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a safe play environment for children.
  • Plan and deliver educational activities tailored to children’s needs.
  • Build strong relationships with children and parents.
  • Encourage children's participation in group activities.
  • Monitor children’s behaviour and provide feedback to parents.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure quality care.
  • Participate in professional development and training.

Requirements

Education
  • NVQ Level 2 in Childcare or equivalent
  • Experience with special needs childcare is beneficial
Experience
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 is essential.
