• Training staff on server-related procedures and best practices.
• Acting as a point of escalation for server-related issues.
• Collaborating with external vendors for hardware and software support.
• Reporting on server performance metrics to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant certifications are preferred

Experience

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
