Granulator Operator

Job Description

As a Granulator Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, efficiently operating and maintaining granulation machinery. Your attention to detail and technical skills will ensure the production of high-quality granulated materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate granulator equipment with precision and care.
• Perform machine calibrations to achieve desired results.
• Regularly clean and service machinery to maintain optimal performance.
• Monitor raw material inventory and initiate orders when low.
• Conduct final inspections of granulated products for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with quality control to implement product enhancements.
• Participate actively in safety drills and compliance training.
• Provide feedback to management on production processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with maintenance staff to address repairs.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing setting.
