Granite Fabricator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Granite Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with granite and be responsible for fabricating, cutting, and shaping granite surfaces for various projects.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings for project specifications.
• Cut, shape, and polish granite using various tools and machinery.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain and clean equipment and tools regularly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Document any issues and resolve them promptly.
• Train new staff on granite fabrication processes as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Experience in working with a variety of stone materials is advantageous.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in granite fabrication or a similar role.

Technical Skills

• CNC Machinery Operation
• Health and Safety Compliance

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Strong Communication Skills

Advantageous

• Ability to Operate Various Stone Tools: Experience with polishing tools, measuring instruments, and stone cutting saws.
• Knowledge of Different Granite Types: Understanding the characteristics of various granite types for diverse applications.
