Job Description

As an Operations Support Consultant, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our business processes run smoothly. You will work closely with various teams to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions that enhance overall productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing operational processes and suggest optimizations.
  • Coordinate with departments to implement improved processes.
  • Assist in tracking project progress and operational metrics.
  • Maintain documentation of standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new operational staff.
  • Prepare presentations for stakeholders on operational insights.
  • Contribute to the development of operational manuals and guides.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in operational support or business analysis
