Job Description

The Technical Services Specialist will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive technical support to our clients. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support by troubleshooting and resolving client issues efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough training sessions on product features and best practices.
  • Engage with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions for quality assurance.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant technical certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years experience in customer-facing technical roles
